The story of a child Victor and his dog Sparky. After unexpectedly losing his beloved puppy, young Victor harnesses the power of science to bring his friend back to life, but with some slight variations. The boy tries to hide his home-sewn creation, but when Sparky leaves Victor"s schoolmates, teachers and the whole town they discover that "keeping a new life on a leash" can be monstrous.
